Allama Muhammad Iqbal (The Poet of East)
Dr. Allama Mohammad Iqbal ( 9 November 1877, 21 April 1938 ) was
a twentieth -century poet , writer ,philosopher, lawyer , politician , mystic.
And was one of the most important heroes in the revolution of Pakistan.
The main circumstance of his fame is Poetry in Urdu and Persian.
The main trend in the revival of his poetry was mysticism and religious. That‘s
why he was considered as Sufi Iqbal . His most significant achievement as a
politician is that he was the first person who forms the ideology of Pakistan
Muslim League in Allahabad in 1930. This theory is based on the creation of
Pakistan. Iqbal therefore considered the ideological father of Pakistan.
Although before the establishment of his new dreamed Islamic
country , he died in 21 April 1983.But the status of this great thinker is Pakistan 's national poet.
